Stand firm in the Lord by !man-cool:iconman-cool:

My fellow Christians, wherever you are in your lives, either running from the government in some way, living a great life for God in your church, or just beginning to learn about Him and starting to life for Him, this will apply to you!   God wants us to live for Him and do His works.  You have to be faithful and strong in your lives and not flinch in the face of danger, because it WILL happen.   Mark 8:35
For whoever wants to save his life will lose it, but whoever loses his life for me and for the gospel will save it.
Remember this, and you'll be happy and strong in the world.  Remember also a particular group of Christians known as the Martyrs.  They are living in the persecuted areas such as the Middle East and China.  They live strong and powerful for God.   There will be betrayal and danger, but with God, we'll all be safe. Remember God's promise and you'll do wonders, save lives, and make God proud of you!

This is a writing about being strong for God and living for Him. I only  that you'll understand this deep as much as I do and have any questions you have come, because the coming of the Son of Man is soon, and we all must be ready!

Eccl 12:13. 13 Now all has been heard; here is the conclusion of the matter: Fear God and keep his commandments, for this is the whole duty of man.
14 For God will bring every deed into judgment, including every hidden thing, whether it is good or evil.

I'm the last kind of person you mentioned (new with my faith), and I'm learning that it's difficult but so much worth it. :aww:

That is what we all must remember in our walk with the Lord. It's long, tough and narrow, but is a great place at the end! Matthew 7: 1-13
13"Enter through the narrow gate. For wide is the gate and broad is the road that leads to destruction, and many enter through it. 14But small is the gate and narrow the road that leads to life, and only a few find it.

always  for our brothers and sisters, the time is always coming, but even Jesus himself doesn't know when he's coming back, which is why we all need to be prepared to receive him when he comes

Think your life sucks? A man was nailed through his hands and feet onto a tree. Before that he was whipped and wore a crown of thorns. He committed no crime, but his blood was used to pay for our sins. His name was Jesus Christ.

That is what I am doing and waiting for His love to bring us home! We will love it when that happens, but we must wait out the problems first.

Yes, you're right, and I'm going to remember that as I experience the lows and highs of life...I had just finished reading that passage, too. Thank you for sharing it with me.
